The first thing we noticed was...no water going over the dam! It was plenty high yesterday when we noticed two men at the controls for the sluice gates. At that time we wondered if the gates would be opened because of heavy rains predicted for the next day.

Folks are still clearing roofs in preparation for those heavy rains later today!
We wonder what happened at the edge of the bridge??? These granite blocks wouldn't move easily, and there are no scrapes or marks anywhere!
