Matt Dover & Kenee Carter met at Lubbock Christian College in Lubbock, Texas. They fell in love and as soon as Matt graduated, he proposed! They both moved to Dallas to new jobs and to be engaged! Matthew's parents, John & Nancy Dover, are also graduates of LCC, but have raised their family of four boys in Bakersfield California. Matthew's twin brother, Jonathan, has also finished LCC and is now working on a second degree at TTU. Two younger Dover's, Bret & Andrew, will probably attend LCC also when the finish high school. Kanee's parents, Dave and Lalani Carter, are a Lubbock family. They attend Quaker Street Church of Christ, which was the scene for the beautiful wedding festivities. Both families are so very grateful that their children have found their marriage partners in a Christian union. A number of other family members from both sides of the family were present at the wedding. The only sad note was that Nancy's mom and dad, John & Barbara Coleman, were not able to attend because of Barbara's health.
