Dear Parents,
SCHOOL CONCERT – Wednesday May 21st (Change from previously advertised date)
The school concert is on Wednesday May 21st at 2.00pm in the village
hall. Two tickets per family will be issued during the previous week, if you would like
more please contact the school office. If you do not require any of your tickets please let
the school in advance or return them that week so they may be re-issued.
All Pre-school children should attend Pre-school for the afternoon of the
concert. They will make an appearance! This also allows their Parents whose older
children may be appearing to enjoy the performance.
We must request that other under fives are left at home. They can
become fretful and fidgety and then spoil the enjoyment of everyone. The children work
very hard towards this event and each child has the right to expect their Parents to see
and hear them without interruption – their moment of glory!
After the concert you may collect your child from their class to go home.
Year 6 children will be required to remain for a short time afterwards so please be
prepared to wait for them.
