This year the school performed the well known story, Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carrol. The play was produced by Mrs. Hobbs with music by Miss Nottage and scenery by Mrs. Dines with lots of help from the children.

Form VI, ably assisted by the choir from Form V really sang well to give the play an exciting and enjoyable atmosphere. As always the little ones in Pre-school and both Kindergartens stole the show although every class gave outstanding performances

The play was performed on Thursday and Friday the 25th and 26th March to packed houses. Everyone enjoyed the audience participation part and the croquet song can still be heard in the playground.

Next year, if demand is as high, the performance will be extended to three days to cope with the parents and grandparents who would not dream of missing another Heathcote School production
