Dear Parents,
We are once again organising next year’s school trip to Little Canada. Mr
Gladwin is looking forward to taking years 5 and 6 on this residential
course which will run from Monday 1st June 2009 to Friday 5th June
2009.
Our programme of activities will hopefully be similar to previous ones
and this will be confirmed nearer the time. Geography and Science Field
Studies together with I.C.T are all connected to these activities. Enclosed
is a leaflet with more information.
The course is run by PGL an established company that is ABTA bonded.
All staff are qualified, fully trained and Police checked.
The cost of the trip is £415, which includes return travel from School to
Little Canada, Isle of Wight, full board accommodation, programme of
activities and extensive insurance cover. Pocket money and meals “en
route” are NOT included.
If you are interested in your child taking part please complete the attached
form and return it to me together with a cheque for the deposit of £55
made payable to “Heathcote School Journey Account” as soon as
possible. The balance must be paid by the end of February 2009. Please
indicate on the attached form if you wish to pay by instalments of £120
due on the 11th of July, November and February 2009.
