Geology and gastronomy were on the menu as a band of Princetonians explored the Straits of Magellan, the Perito Moreno glacier, and Torres del Paine National Park on a two-week tour of Patagonia. Professor Nadine McQuarrie's lectures on the formation of the Andes expanded the group's appreciation of this fantastic landscape, while bodies and souls were nourished by a tantalizing array of wines and comestibles from Chile and Argentina. Blessed by perfect weather, this was a journey to remember.
