Just a bunch of pictures of the QB fuse going together In this section a breif look at building, mounting and attaching the door seals I have design my own panel for my RV-10. It was designed in Solidworks 3D cad software. I talked to many Rv-10 pilots who were flying and took all there suggestions and wish lists and this is what I came up with. It has everything… I decided to purchase a aftermarket overhead console. I had Sue And Bart build my engine at Aero Sport Power This sections shows the installation I used for all windows. I did not use the standard Weldon 10. I used a Urethane adhesive which was much easier to use with a work time of 25 minutes
and it has a little more flex than the weldo… This sectiond shows the prep work and painiting of the airframe.
