The smallest house in town! Certainly the smallest one I've ever worked. A charming lady lived here and her heirs have become good friends. By using existing resources as much as possible, we stripped the wall paper, painted every room, cleaned and repaired everything we could - and we now have a delightful nest that sparkles like a jewel box! Walking distance to the New York train, and to all schools makes this little pad the height of convenience. Good space, totally convenient, this is an ideal spot.
