We had a great vacation to Pandan Island planned with our friends and their kids (5 families, 12 kids)...it had been hard and quite fortuitous to organize our schedules and get hotel and flight booked for everyone...but it wasn't meant to be! Cyclone Crising came through the Philippines and our flight was finally canceled after hours of hanging out at the airport...we were bummed but determined to have a good time, so we organized a fun weekend together! We had pizza and drinks at the Lindqvist to celebrate getting out of the airport, the kids had a campout, a birthday celebration and a day at Splash Island, the dads a day of golf and a jam session, and the moms dinner and mahjong....we certainly made up for the disappointment!
